The Nationwise Group Appoints Industry Leader James Angus as Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager – Viking Residential
The Nationwise Group, a leading financial services provider offering an extensive range of solutions for the Australian retail and wholesale markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of James Angus as Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager – Viking Residential, a newly established position within the organization. In this role, James will spearhead the execution of Nationwise’s long-term growth strategy, focusing on identifying new market opportunities within third-party distribution channels.
With over 25 years of distinguished experience in the financial services sector across Australia, Canada, and the United States, Mr. Angus brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Before joining Nationwise, James enjoyed a successful 16 years at Macquarie Bank, followed by four years at Bluestone Home Loans. During his tenure at both organisations, James was instrumental in devising and implementing sales strategies for third-party mortgage distribution, driving substantial growth through broker and intermediary channels. Additionally, James served as a Non-Executive Director at Connective for four years.
